Benjamin J Peterson

Ben completed his Bachelor of Podiatry and Honours Research in hypermobility in children at The University of Newcastle, prior to commencing his PhD in 2017. Ben’s research interests include paediatrics, sports, and biomechanics. Ben is currently undertaking a number of studies investigating biomechanical risk factors for injury in a large cohort of runners. Ben works part-time in private practice in Newcastle, NSW, with a clinical focus in musculoskeletal injuries and paediatrics. Ben also works as a clinical educator at The University of Newcastle. Ben’s teaching focus is lower limb biomechanical function and clinical skills.
